· Organoleptic characteristics: Honey produced by bees in holm oak, cork oak and oak forests (Quercus). Dark colour and floral aroma with a clear malt content, intense and lingering. Strong flavour, slightly sweet and with strong salty notes. It tends to crystallize little and very slowly.
